Dry Standard Restoration

Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of this website. They are not your contract for restoration work — that is governed by the written agreement we give you before the job starts. If the two conflict, the work agreement wins.

What the content here is

General information about water damage, drying, mould and insurance claims for homeowners and property managers in Colorado Springs and El Paso County.

It is not: insurance advice, legal advice, medical advice, engineering advice, or a diagnosis of your property. Nothing written in advance of seeing your building can tell you what is wrong with it.

Accuracy

Every substantive factual claim on this site is sourced, and where we are uncertain we say so. But statutes are amended, insurance practice shifts and figures date. If you find an error, tell us and we will correct it.

Emergency guidance

Some pages tell you what to do while water is running. That guidance assumes you can act safely. If a panel is wet, if water is near electrical equipment, or if a ceiling or floor looks unsound — stop, get everyone out, and call a professional or emergency services. Nothing on this site is worth an injury.

Our content

The text, photographs, layout and design belong to Dry Standard Restoration. You may read, print, share a link and quote a short passage with attribution. Every restoration photograph on this site is from a job we did — they are not stock and not licensed for reuse.

Availability

We do not guarantee the site will always be available. If you have an emergency, call (719) 618-9013 rather than relying on the website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and disputes are subject to the courts of El Paso County, Colorado.
