Privacy Policy

The short version. We collect your name and phone number when you contact us, because we cannot restore your house without them. We use analytics to see which pages people read. We do not sell your information to anybody, ever.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number and the property address when you call
• What happened, and what you tell us about it
• Name, phone, email, ZIP and message if you use the contact form
• Pages viewed and referring site, through analytics
• Job records, moisture readings, photographs, scope documents and invoices

This site does not process payments and never collects card details.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information
• We do not share your details with other restoration companies
• We do not use your information to target you with advertising elsewhere

Who we share it with

• Your insurance carrier or adjuster, where you have asked us to
• Subcontracted trades where a job requires one and you have agreed
• Service providers who run our systems, acting on our instructions
• Where the law requires it

Your rights

Colorado residents have the right to know what we hold, access a copy, correct it, delete it subject to records we must keep, and opt out of sale or targeted advertising — we do neither, so there is nothing to opt out of. To exercise any of these, call (719) 618-9013.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
